Appointments must be scheduled by the patient themselves. We do not allow bookings on behalf of family or friends.
Appointments are non-transferable.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each individual service at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment time with your provider.
Initial Treatment TimelineNeurotoxin (Tox) treatments may take up to 14 days to show full results.
Touch-Up Eligibility Each Tox treatment includes
one (1) touch-up, if deemed necessary by your provider, typically scheduled 2–3 weeks after initial treatment.
Booking RequirementTouch-up appointments must be scheduled on the same day as your initial treatment to ensure availability.
No touch-ups allowed after 3 weeks from the initial appointment.
Failure to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will result in:
Loss of your $100 deposit
Additional $75 fee charged to your card on file
Always use the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Please note: We prioritize in-clinic patients and may not always answer calls in real time.
Allow one full business day (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–4:00pm) for non-urgent replies.
Confirmation texts/emails are sent 3 days and 26 hours before your appointment.
You must confirm to avoid being marked as a no-show.
Late confirmations may not be accepted.
Grace periods:
Tox appointments: 5 minutes
Filler appointments: 10 minutes
After the grace period:
You are marked as a No Show and charged $75
Your deposit is forfeited
Services may be limited or denied based on provider availability.
Patients may schedule multiple upcoming appointments
A separate deposit is required for each service
Provider schedules open one quarter (3 months) in advance.
Scheduling your appointment is considered acceptance of these policies.
